摘要
目的编制合成毒品稽延性戒断症状评估量表并完成信效度检验。方法访谈合成毒品使用者后得到初稿。调查741例合成毒品戒断者得到最终量表以及内部一致性信度。随机重测97例被试,评估重测信度。结果正式量表共19个条目,因素负荷范围在0.458-0.828。包括躯体症状、心理渴求、睡眠情绪3个维度,解释的方差变异分别为41.599%,10.064%,6.311%。总量表和三个维度的内部一致性系数为0.826-0.918;总量表的重测信度为0.700,量表总分和BSI-53的相关系数为0.828。结论该合成毒品稽延性戒断症状评估量表具有良好的信效度,可作为临床评估稽延性戒断症状的工具。
Objective To develop an evaluation scale for protracted withdrawal symptoms associated with synthetic drug dependence,and to assess its reliability and validity.Methods Interviews with synthetic drug users were conducted to formulate the initial draft of the scale.Subsequently,741 eligible synthetic drug abstainers participated in the investigation to finalize the scale.The internal consistency reliability of the scale and its dimensions was evaluated.A subset of 97 subjects was randomly selected for a retest to assess the retest reliability.Results The formal scale consists of 19 items,with factor loadings ranging from 0.458 to 0.828.It encompasses three dimensions:somatic symptoms,psychological craving,and sleep/emotional states,which explain 41.599%,10.064%,and 6.311%of the variance,respectively.The internal consistency coefficients for the overall scale and its three dimensions ranged from 0.826 to 0.918.The retest reliability for the total score was 0.700,and the correlation coefficient between the total score of the scale and the BSI-53 was 0.828.ConclusionThe scale demonstrates good reliability and validity.
