摘要
目的:编制失能老人家庭照顾者照护知识和技能需求量表并进行信效度检验。方法:采用半结构式访谈、文献回顾等方式构建量表条目池,通过德尔菲专家函询筛选条目并形成初始版量表。采用初始版量表对226名失能老人家庭照顾者进行预调查,经项目分析后形成暂定版量表。利用暂定版量表对329名失能老人家庭照顾者开展问卷调查并检验其信效度,最终形成正式版量表。结果:失能老人家庭照顾者照护知识和技能需求量表包括5个维度,共37个条目。全体一致量表水平的内容效度指数为0.973,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833;探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为73.23%;量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.966,各因子的Cronbach'sα系数为0.932~0.945;量表的重测信度为0.862。结论:构建的失能老人家庭照顾者照护知识和技能需求量表具有良好的信效度,可为医疗机构、养老机构开展照护知识和技能培训需求提供评估工具。
Objective:To develop a care knowledge and skills demand scale for family caregivers of disabled elderly people and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The scale item pool was constructed through semi⁃structured interviews and a literature review,and the items were screened using a Delphi expert letter inquiry to form the initial version of the scale.The initial version of the scale was used to conduct a preliminary survey of 226 family caregivers of elderly people with disabilities,and a provisional version of the scale was formed following item analysis.The provisional version of the scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 329 family caregivers of disabled elderly people and test its reliability and validity.Finally,the formal version of the scale was formed.Results:The care knowledge and skills demand scale for family caregivers of disabled elderly people includes 5 dimensions and 37 items.The content validity index at the scale level was 0.973,and the content validity index at the item level was 0.833.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 5 factors and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 73.23%.The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.966,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each factor was 0.932~0.945.The test⁃retest reliability was 0.862.Conclusions:The constructed care knowledge and skills demand scale for family caregivers of disabled elderly people have good reliability and validity,which could provide a demand assessment tool for medical institutions and nursing facilities to carry out care knowledge and skills training.
