摘要
2型糖尿病(T2DM)是最常见的内分泌代谢疾病,其发病涉及遗传、环境及代谢网络失衡等多因素。中医药具有多靶点、多层次调控优势,与多组学技术的整合分析策略高度契合。单一组学虽能揭示特定层面的机制,但难以全面解析中医复方的协同机制;而多组学联用技术通过多维数据关联,可系统阐明关键调控机制,为靶标发现和药物研发提供支持。本文对多组学技术在中医药防治T2DM研究中的应用进展进行综述,以期为机制解析和精准治疗提供参考。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is the most common endocrine and metabolic disease,and its onset involves multiple factors such as genetics,environment,and metabolic network imbalance.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of multi-target and multi-level regulation,which is highly consistent with the integrated analysis strategy of multi-omics technology.Although single-omics can reveal mechanisms at specific levels,it is difficult to comprehensively analyze the synergistic mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions.The multi-omics combination technology,through multi-dimensional data association,can systematically clarify the key regulatory mechanisms and provide support for target discovery and drug development.The article reviews the application progress of multi-omics technology in the prevention and treatment of T2DM with traditional Chinese medicine,with the aim to provide references for mechanism analysis and precise treatment.
