摘要
开展400km/h高速铁路弓网动态特性研究,为高速运营条件下受电弓和接触网的稳定受流提供保障。通过建立弓网耦合动力学模型,根据机械性能和弓网振动特性等方面要求分析接触网张力体系;通过分析受电弓的幅频特性、受电弓通过接触网时的关键频率以及弓网受流质量之间的关联关系,提出受电弓频率优化思路。研究结果表明,增大接触线张力有利于降低弓网接触压力、提升弓网受流性能,增大承力索张力能够有效减小接触线动态抬升量;根据受电弓的幅频特性以及特定速度下的接触网关键通过频率调整受电弓的参数,可以有效降低接触压力的波动、提高弓网受流质量。研究成果可为400km/h高速铁路接触网、受电弓系统的设计与制造提供指导。
This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of pantograph-catenary for 400km/h high speed railway to provide a guarantee for the stable current collection of the pantograph and OCS under high speed operating conditions.By establishing a pantograph-catenary coupling dynamics model,the OCS tension system is analyzed according to the requirements of mechanical properties and pantograph-catenary vibration characteristics.By analyzing the relationship among the amplitude-frequency characteristics of pantograph,the key frequency of pantograph passing through OCS and the current collection quality of pantograph-catenary,the idea of pantograph frequency optimization is proposed.The research results indicate that increasing the tension of contact wire is conducive to reducing the pantograph-catenary contact pressure and improving the current collection performance of pantograph-catenary.Increasing the tension of messenger wire can effectively reduce the dynamic uplift of contact wire;adjusting the parameters of pantograph according to the amplitude-frequency characteristics of pantograph and the critical passing frequency of OCS at a specific speed can effectively reduce the fluctuation of contact pressure and improve the current collection quality of pantograph-catenary.The research results can provide guidance for the design and manufacturing of OCS and pantograph systems for 400km/h high speed railway.
