考虑受电弓弓头柔性体的动力学特性研究及参数优化

Study on dynamic characteristic and parameter optimization of pantograph head with flexible model taken into consideration

摘要 受电弓与接触网系统是高速电气化铁路中的重要部分之一,弓网受流质量的好坏一定程度上影响着列车的安全、稳定运行,其中,改善受电弓动力学参数不失为提高弓网耦合仿真中受流质量的有效途径。文中基于有限元法建立了考虑弓头几何构型的柔性体弓头模型与接触网模型,与传统三质量块模型对比分析其弓网动力学特性的差异,并采用柔性体模型对受电弓等效参数进行优化分析。结果表明:弓头柔性体模型较三质量块模型能保留高频下的数值特性,对高频下的受电弓数值分析有积极意义。基于此意义进行受电弓等效参数优化,发现通过改变上框架刚度和弓头刚度能更有效地改变受流质量,建议减小上框架刚度、增大弓头刚度,其余参数适当变化或者不变。 The pantograph-catenary system is one of the important parts of high-speed electric railways,whose quality of current collection affects the safe and stable operation of trains.Changing the pantograph’s dynamic parameters is helpful to improve the quality of current collection in the pantograph-catenary coupling simulation.In this article,the finite-element method is used to set up both the pantograph head’s flexible model and the catenary model,with geometric configuration taken into account.These models are compared with the traditional three-mass block model,in order to explore the difference in the pantograph-catenary dynamic characteristics.Then,the flexible model is used to optimize the pantograph’s equivalent parameters.The results show that the flexible model can retain the numerical characteristics at high frequencies compared with the traditional three-mass block model,which has positive significance for the numerical analysis on the pantograph at high frequencies.On this basis,the pantograph’s equivalent parameters are optimized.It is found that a higher quality of current collection is ensured by changing the equivalent stiffness of the upper frame and the pantograph head.It is recommended to reduce the upper frame’s equivalent stiffness and increase the pantograph head’s equivalent stiffness,while other parameters change appropriately or remain unchanged.
