摘要
骨筋膜室综合征(compartment syndrome,CS)是一种急性损伤性疾病,通常由创伤、手术、烧伤等引发,主要表现为筋膜间隙压力增高,导致组织缺血、坏死,甚至不可逆的功能障碍,早期干预对改善预后至关重要。近年来,随着中医药在损伤性疾病预防与治疗中的应用不断扩展,中医药在CS预防中的作用逐渐受到关注。中医药以其独特的整体观、辨证施治和多靶点干预等特点,可能会为CS的防治提供新的思路。本文从中医药理论、现代研究及临床应用等方面系统综述其在预防CS中的研究进展。
Compartment syndrome(CS)is an acute injury disease,usually caused by trauma,surgery,burns and other reasons,mainly manifested as increased fascial space pressure,resulting in tissue ischemia,necrosis,and even irreversible dysfunction,early intervention is essential to improve outcomes.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of traumatic diseases,the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention of CS has gradually attracted attention.Traditional Chinese medicine with its unique characteristics of holistic view,dialectical treatment and multi-target intervention,may provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of CS.This article will systematically review the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention of CS from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine theory,modern research and clinical application.
