汽车空调用涡旋压缩机研究进展

摘要 阐述了近年来汽车空调用涡旋压缩机研究进展,主要从涡旋型线、力学分析及动平衡优化、泄漏与密封、补气结构、结构优化、制冷剂替代等方面对其进行阐述和总结,并对汽车空调用涡旋压缩机未来重点发展方向进行展望。 The automobile air conditioning system is a crucial subsystem of automobile.Compressor is the vital component of automobile air conditioning system Scroll compressors are widely used in automobile air conditioning system due to their low vibration noise,high efficiency,and other advantages.The automobile industry is undergoing a transition from fossil fuels to new energy sources,which has led to the automobile air conditioning system requiring the more comfortable and more efficient specifications.In which further improving the efficiency,stability and compact performance of scroll compressor is an important part.This paper presents a review of the research progress of scroll compressors for automobile air conditioning in recent years.The review covers the areas of scroll profile,mechanical analysis and dynamic balance optimization,leakage and sealing,gas injection,structural optimization,and refrigerant substitution.The future direction of development of the scroll compressor for automobile air conditioning is also presented.
