大排量涡旋压缩机喷气压力脉动分析及改善研究

摘要 针对某多联机空调系统增焓喷射阀阀芯破损,进而导致涡旋压缩机喷射口异物侵入的市场故障,从压缩机喷气压力脉动角度,分析了大排量涡旋压缩机喷气口脉动产生的机理,并且研究了不同喷气口位置、结构对喷气压力脉动的影响。结果表明,喷气口的压力脉动主要由喷射口上下游压差、当地压力波动共同决定。喷气口位置向低压侧移动、采用多孔喷气口或台阶孔的方式,均可以有效降低喷气口的压力脉动、提高整个空调系统的可靠性。 The mechanism of large displacement scroll compressor injection pressure fluctuation was analyzed due to a market failure of injection hole impurity invasion,which was actually as result of the valve element breakage of a VRF enhanced vapor injection valve.Various injection hole positons and structures were also studied,in order to clarify their influence on the injection pressure fluctuation.The results show that the injection pressure fluctuation is mainly determined by the pressure difference of the upstream and downstream of the injection hole and local pressure variation.By adjusting the injection hole positon to the suction side and applying multiple hole or stepped hole structures,the scroll compressor injection pressure fluctuation can be effectively improved,which helps to enhance the reliability of the VRF system.
