摘要
                
                    在辽宁经济转型与产业升级的关键阶段,高职院校肩负起了培育高素质技术技能人才的重大使命。本文运用SWOT分析法,全面剖析了辽宁省高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的优势(S)、劣势(W)、机遇(O)及挑战(T),并从培育工匠精神、健全管理制度、加强合作交流、优化招聘与人才引进等方面提出了优化建议,旨在推动辽宁省高职院校“双师型”教师队伍的高质量发展,为区域经济转型升级提供坚实的人才支撑。
                
                At the key stage of economic transformation and industrial upgrading in Liaoning Province,higher vocational colleges have taken on the mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.This study uses the SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze the strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O),and threats(T)of the development of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province.It proposes optimization suggestions from various perspectives,including cultivating the craftsmanship spirit,improving management system,enhancing cooperative exchanges,and optimizing recruitment and talent introduction,in order to promote the high-quality development of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province,and provide solid talent support for regional economic transformation and upgrading.
