摘要
目的:分析HIV自我污名对HIV阳性者抑郁症状的影响,以及社会支持感的中介作用和户籍性质的调节作用。方法:采用HIV自我污名量表、患者健康问卷、医疗社会支持量表,对456名17~84岁HIV阳性者进行调查。结果:(1)HIV自我污名正向预测抑郁症状,社会支持感在其间起中介作用;(2)户籍性质调节中介模型的后半路径:对于本地户籍人口,社会支持感显著预测抑郁症状;对于流动人口,社会支持感的预测作用不显著。结论:HIV自我污名直接影响HIV阳性者的抑郁症状,并通过削弱社会支持感间接影响抑郁症状,间接影响仅存在于本地户籍人群。
Objective:To examine the effect of HIV-related self-stigma on depressive symptoms of people living with HIV,as well as the mediating role of perceived social support and the moderating effect of household registration type.Methods:A self-reported survey was conducted among 456 people living with HIV,aged between 17~84 years,using the HIV-related self-stigma scale,the patient health questionnaire-9,and the medical outcomes study social support survey.Results:(1)HIV-related self-stigma exerted an effect on depressive symptoms directly and indirectly through perceived social support.(2)Household registration type moderated the second half of the mediation model.Perceived social support demonstrated predictive effects on depression among the local registered residence population,whereas no such association was observed in the migrant population.Conclusion:HIV-related self-stigma directly impacts depression in people living with HIV and indirectly through perceived social support,and the indirect impact only exists in the local registered residence population.
