摘要
目的探讨智慧药房构建方法及在中药房管理中的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2024年5月宁阳县华丰镇卫生院中药房6名中药师为研究对象,2022年6月—2023年5月实施常规管理,设为对照组,2023年6月—2024年5月构建智慧药房进行管理,设为观察组。比较两组的管理质量、药师药学服务综合能力、服务评价水平。结果观察组管理质量中岗位职责、药物咨询、处方审核、药物调配分别为(96.73±3.21)分、(97.11±2.69)分、(96.36±3.42)分、(97.04±2.68)分,均高于对照组的(91.35±2.95)分、(93.12±2.21)分、(91.53±3.12)分、(92.26±2.11)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.023,2.807,2.556,3.433;P均<0.05)。观察组药师药学服务胜任综合能力评分与服务评价水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论成功构建智慧药房,用于中药房管理中能提高药房工作场所和管理质量,提升药师药学服务胜任综合能力。
Objective To explore the construction method of smart pharmacy and its effect in the management of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pharmacy.Methods Six TCM pharmacists from the TCM pharmacy of Huafeng Town Health Center in Ningyang County were selected as the research objects from June 2022 to May 2024.Conventional management was implemented from June 2022 to May 2023(control group),and smart pharmacy management was constructed from June 2023 to May 2024(observation group).The management quality,comprehensive ability of pharmacists'pharmaceutical service,and service evaluation level were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the scores for job responsibilities,drug consultation,prescription review,and drug dispensing in management quality were 96.73±3.21,97.11±2.69,96.36±3.42,and 97.04±2.68,respectively,all higher than 91.35±2.95,93.12±2.21,91.53±3.12,92.26±2.11 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.023,2.807,2.556,3.433;all P<0.05).The comprehensive score of pharmacists'pharmaceutical service competence and service evaluation level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The successful construction of smart pharmacy can improve the workplace environment and management quality of TCM pharmacies,enhance pharmacists'comprehensive competence in pharmaceutical services,and is worthy of promotion and application.
