摘要
目的探讨基于根本原因分析的管理模式在医院检验科中的管理效果及对差错率的影响。方法选择2022年6月—2024年5月泰安市宁阳县华丰镇卫生院、山东省聊城市高唐县中医院及山东省泰安东平县人民医院检验科医师12名为研究对象。2022年6月—2023年5月采用常规方法管理,收集检验标本783份,设为对照组;2023年6月—2024年5月联合基于根本原因分析的管理模式,收集检验标本792份,设为观察组。比较两组管理质量、标本检验差错率与管理满意度。结果观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组标本检验差错率为0.63%(5/792),低于对照组的1.79%(14/783),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.420,P<0.05)。观察组管理满意度高于对照组。结论基于根本原因分析的管理模式用于医院检验科医师管理中效果良好,管理质量和满意度较高,能降低标本检验差错率。
Objective To explore the management effect of management mode based on root cause analysis in hospital laboratory and its influence on error rate.Methods From June 2022 to May 2024,twelve physicians in the Department of Laboratory,Huafeng Town Hospital of Ningyang County,Tai'an City,Shandong Province,Gaotang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Dongping County People's Hospital of Tai'an City,Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.From June 2022 to May 2023,783 test specimens were collected and set as the control group.From June 2023 to May 2024,the management mode based on root cause analysis was combined,and 792 test specimens were collected and set as the observation group.The management quality,specimen test error rate and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The error rate of specimen test in the observation group was 0.63%(5/792),which was lower than 1.79%(14/783)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.420,P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The management mode based on root cause analysis has a good effect on the management of hospital laboratory physicians,with high management quality and satisfaction,and can reduce the error rate of specimen test.
