摘要
目的分析医学影像科采用系统化护理管理模式的应用价值。方法选择山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院影像科护士6名作为研究对象,2023年6—12月采用传统管理(参照组),2024年1—6月采用系统化护理管理模式(探究组),对比两组护士核心能力评分、满意度。结果探究组护士护理责任心(93.63±1.89)分、护患沟通能力(94.05±1.48)分、护理质量安全(95.06±1.33)分、操作熟悉流程(96.02±0.89)分,均高于参照组(89.12±0.58)分、(90.05±1.39)分、(90.05±0.89)分、(91.42±0.71)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.587,4.825,7.668,9.896;P均<0.05)。探究组护士满意度高于参照组。结论医学影像科中,采用系统化护理管理模式效果较好,可以提高护士核心能力评分以及对于管理的满意度。
Objective Analyze the application value of the systematic nursing management model adopted in the medical imaging department.Methods Six nurses from the Department of Imaging,Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Care Group were selected as the research subjects.From June to December 2023,traditional management was adopted(reference group),and from January to June 2024,systematic nursing management mode was adopted(exploration group).The core competence scores and satisfaction of the nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing responsibility of nurses in the exploration group were 93.63±1.89,nurse-patient communication ability were 94.05±1.48,nursing quality and safety were 95.06±1.33,and the operation familiarity with procedures were 96.02±0.89,which were higher than 89.12±0.58,90.05±1.39,90.05±0.89,91.42±0.71 of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.587,4.825,7.668,9.896;all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nurses in the exploration group was higher than that in the reference group.Conclusion In the Department of medical imaging,the adoption of the systematic nursing management model has a better effect,which can improve the core competence score of nurses and their satisfaction with management.
