摘要
目的探讨放射影像科护理管理期间,选用六西格玛管理方法的效果及价值。方法选取2021年1—12月泗水县人民医院放射影像科的20名护理人员为研究对象,按照不同管理模式分为两组。对照组在2021年1—6月实行常规护理管理,观察组在2021年7—12月实行六西格玛管理。对比两组考核结果、管理质量、护理人员满意度等指标。结果观察组考核、管理质量、护理质量、护理人员满意度、患者满意度水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对放射影像科实行六西格玛管理,能提高护理人员综合能力,确保管理质量的前提下,提高护理服务质量,预防护理风险,达到管理目的。
Objective To explore the effect and value of using Six Sigma management method during nursing management in Radiology Department.Methods Twenty nurses from the Radiology Department of Sishui County People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to different management modes.The control group received routine nursing management from January to June 2021,and the observation group received six Sigma management from July to December 2021.The assessment results,management quality and nursing staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of assessment,management quality,nursing quality,nursing staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Six Sigma management in the radiology department can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,ensure the quality of management,improve the quality of nursing service,prevent nursing risks,and achieve the purpose of management.
