摘要 随着食品安全问题日益严重,食品检测技术的研究与发展变得尤为重要。本文概述了现代食品检测技术的主要发展方向,包括多技术融合、快速检测、人工智能与大数据应用以及高通量检测技术。介绍了多技术融合的可操作方法,如将分子生物学技术与仪器分析技术结合,以提高检测的准确性和全面性。讨论了便捷、低成本的便携式快速检测设备的发展,强调了其在现场食品安全检测中的应用。分析了高通量检测技术在同时筛查多种污染物方面的优势,并展示了其在食品安全监测中的前景。未来,食品检测将更加高效、智能和全面。 With the increasingly serious problem of food safety,the research and development of food detection technology has become particularly important.This paper summarizes the main development directions of modern food detection technology,including multi-technology fusion,rapid detection,artificial intelligence and big data application,and high-throughput detection technology.In order to improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the detection,the operable method of multi-technology fusion,such as combining molecular biology technology with instrumental analysis technology,is introduced.The development of portable rapid testing equipment with convenient and low cost is discussed,and its application in on-site food safety testing is emphasized.The advantages of high-throughput detection technology in screening multiple pollutants at the same time are analyzed,and its prospects in food safety monitoring are demonstrated.In the future,food inspection will be more efficient,intelligent and comprehensive.
