摘要
随着我国经济社会的高速增长,人们的生活质量也在稳步提高,如何能够吃得好,吃得健康,成为人们日益关注的课题。因此,必须加强对食品的检验检测,通过运用现代化的生物检测技术,提升食品检验的效率与精确度,切实提高食品安全水平,保障人们身体健康。本文对生物检测技术在现代食品检验检测工作中的应用以及常见的生物检测技术进行介绍,并展望了生物检验技术的未来发展走向,以供相关人员参考。
With the rapid economic and social growth in China, people’s quality of life is also improving steadily. How to eat well and eat healthily has become a topic of increasing concern. Therefore, we must strengthen the inspection and detection of food, improve the efficiency and accuracy of food inspection through the use of modern biological detection technology, effectively improve the level of food safety, and ensure people’s health.This paper introduces the application of biological detection technology in modern food inspection and detection and common biological detection technology, and looks forward to the future development trend of biological detection technology for reference.
