摘要
目的:探讨髓内钉内固定技术在四肢长管骨创伤骨折治疗中的疗效。方法:选择四川省泸州市中医医院2023年6月—2024年6月期间的四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者100例,采用随机分组方法将患者均等分为对照组与观察组。对照组50例采用钢板内固定技术治疗,观察组50例采用髓内钉内固定技术治疗。对比两组患者手术指标、肢体运动功能情况、日常生活活动能力。结果:治疗后,观察组手术时间、术中出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗后上肢、下肢运动功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者治疗后日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:四肢长管骨创伤骨折应用髓内钉内固定技术治疗能提升患者肢体功能恢复和生活能力,并缩短手术时间和术中出血量。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of intramedullary nail internal fixation technique in the treatment of long tubular bone trauma fractures of the extremities.Methods:One hundred patients with long tube bone trauma fracture of the extremities in Sichuan Luzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group by using randomized numerical table method.Fifty cases in the control group were treated with plate internal fixation technique,and 50 cases in the observation group were treated with intramedullary nail internal fixation technique.Comparison of the two groups of patients'surgical indexes,limb motor function conditions,and daily life activities.Results:After the intervention,the operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The motor function scores of upper limb and lower limb of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of patients'ability to perform activities of daily living after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of intramedullary nail internal fixation technique in the treatment of long tubular bone trauma fractures of the extremities can improve the functional recovery and living ability of patients,and shorten the operation time and intraoperative blood loss.
