不同间歇时间蓝光照射疗法治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果对比

Comparison of the Effects of Blue Light Irradiation Therapy with Different Intermittent Times in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

摘要 目的:对比新生儿高胆红素血症应用不同间歇时间蓝光照射疗法治疗的效果。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年5月黔西市人民医院新生儿科的高胆红素血症患儿60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。两组患儿均行蓝光照射疗法治疗,观察组患儿每次连续照射3~6 h,然后间歇2~4 h;对照组每次连续照射12~18 h,然后间歇6~8 h。对比两组患儿治疗前后间接胆红素(IBiL)、总胆红素(TBiL)水平及不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,两组IBiL、TBiL水平较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),但两组治疗后IBiL、TBiL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组(P=0.013)。两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同间歇时间蓝光照射疗法治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果相当,但连续照射3~6 h,然后间歇2~4 h蓝光照射疗法的安全性更高。 Objective:To compare the effects of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia treated with blue light irradiation therapy with different intervals.Methods:Sixty children with hyperbilirubinemia in the neonatal department of Qianxi People's Hospital were selected from May 2023 to May 2024,and were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)by using the method of randomized numerical table.Both groups were treated with blue light irradiation therapy,with 3~6 hours of continuous irradiation followed by 2~4 hours of intermittent irradiation in the observation group and 12~18 hours of continuous irradiation followed by 6~8 hours of intermittent irradiation in the control group,and the levels of indirect bilirubin(IBiL)and total bilirubin(TBiL)as well as the incidence of adverse effects and the overall effective rate of treatment were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of IBiL and TBiL were significantly lower in both groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the levels of IBiL and TBiL in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower the control group(P=0.013).Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effects of blue light irradiation therapy with different interval times in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia are comparable.However,the safety of blue light irradiation therapy with continuous irradiation for 3~6 hours and then an interval of 2~4 hours is higher.
