白蛋白、益生菌联合蓝光照射治疗足月新生儿高胆红素血症的有效性 被引量:2

Efficacy of Albumin,Probiotics Combined with Blu-ray Irradiation in the Treatment of Hyperbilirubinemia in Term Neonates

摘要 目的分析蓝光照射+白蛋白治疗新生儿高胆红素血症(足月儿),观察其临床疗效。方法选取我院(2018年3月至2020年3月)收治足月新生儿高胆红素血症患儿90例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各45例,分别给予蓝光照射、蓝光照射+白蛋白+益生菌治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、血清指标变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.8%(44/45),对照组为84.4%(38/45),组间差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。实施治疗前,TBIL、HS-CRP、?-GT、FFA、AKP两组之间不存在显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组TBIL、HS-CRP、?-GT、FFA、AKP均明显低于对照组,组间差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。皮疹、腹泻、发热等不良反应发生率观察组与对照组差异不大,无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论将白蛋白、益生菌联合蓝光照射疗法用于足月新生儿高胆红素血症患儿临床治疗之中,可获得明显疗效,同时不良反应较少,建议推广应用。 Objective To analyze the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(term infants)by blue light irradiation+albumin and observe its clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 90 full-term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were admitted to our hospital(March 2018 to March 2020),and they were divided into a control group and an observation group of 45 cases according to the random number table method.Blue light irradiation,blue light irradiation+albumin+probiotics were given respectively,and the clinical treatment effects,changes in serum indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.8%(44/45),and the control group was 84.4%(38/45).The difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between TBIL,HS-CRP,?-GT,FFA,and AKP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group TBIL,HS-CRP,?-GT,FFA,and AKP were all obvious Lower than the control group,the difference between the groups is significant and statistically significant,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions such as skin rash,diarrhea,fever,etc.,was not significantly different between the observation group and the control group,which was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion The combination of albumin and probiotics combined with blue light irradiation therapy in the clinical treatment of full-term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia can achieve obvious curative effect,and at the same time,there are fewer adverse reactions.It is recommended to be promoted and applied.
