面向安全风险防控的数智赋能安全情报工作的逻辑与模型研究

Research on the Logic and Model of Safety and Security Intelligence Work Empowered by Digital Intelligence for Safety and Security Risk Prevention and Control

摘要为探究安全风险防控中的数智赋能安全情报工作机制,该文从理论层面分析其基本逻辑,并构建与解析相应工作模型。研究表明该工作模式具有5大基本逻辑:数智赋能推进安全情报工作构成要素体系化、工作环节数智化、组织架构扁平化、安全风险感知精准化和行为范式定制化。同时,研究提出推进工作的5个关键环节:(1)多源化获取风险数据、(2)基于安全风险数据的安全风险信息高效化生成、(3)基于安全风险信息的安全情报智能化转化、(4)基于安全情报的安全风险防控策略定制化生成、(5)协同化运行数智赋能安全情报工作。 To explore the mechanism of Safety and Security Intelligence Work(SSIK)empowered by digital intelligence for safety and security risk prevention and control,its basic logic is analyzed on a theoretical level,and the corresponding work model is comstructed and dissected.Five basic logics of the working mode are shown:digital intelligence empowers the systematization of SSIK components,digitization and intelligentization of work processes,flattening of organizational structure,precision of safety and security risk perception,and customization of behavioral paradigms.Meanwhile,five key links to advance the work are proposed:①multi-source acquisition of risk data;②efficient generation of safety and security risk information based on safety and security risk data;③intelligent transformation of safety and security intelligence based on safety and security risk information;④customized generation of safety and security risk prevention and control strategies based on safety and security intelligence;⑤collaborative operation of SSIK empowered by digital intelligence.
