摘要
针对影响延迟焦化装置长周期运行的主要因素,对某石化炼油厂420万t/a延迟焦化生产中出现的加热炉管及焦炭塔油气出口结焦、特阀及切焦系统故障、台风晃电等热点问题进行分析,并提出相应的处置措施,以延长装置运行周期。
In view of the main factors affecting the long cycle operation of the delayed coking unit,this paper analyzes the hot issues such as coking of the oil and gas outlet of the heating furnace tube and coke towers,the failure of the special valve and coke cutter,and the power shock of the typhoon in the delayed coking production of 4.2 million tons/year in a petrochemical refinery,and introduces the corresponding disposal measures to extend the operation cycle of the unit.
