摘要
延迟焦化是近年来石油化工企业炼焦产油的主要技术工艺之一,在资源紧缺,环境治理的大背景中,企业必须要基于环保减排高效益的发展理念,根据自身发展状况、设施技术和管理流程,优化延迟焦化工艺。延迟焦化作为我国发展较为成熟的减压渣油加工工艺,多年来一直作为焦化产品深加工的主要手段。然而,原油质量下降,含硫量增加对企业焦化工艺提出了新要求。文章基于石油化工中劣质重油的延迟焦化工艺展开了论述,分析企业发展延迟焦化工艺的必要性,探讨具体影响因素和改进策略,以供参考。
Delayed coking is one of the main technologies for coking and oil production in petrochemical enterprises in recent years.In the context of resource shortage and environmental control,enterprises must be based on the development concept of environmental protection and high benefit of emission reduction.According to their own development status,facility technology and management process,this paper optimizes the delayed coking process.As a relatively mature vacuum residue processing technology in China,delayed coking has been the main means of deep processing of coking products for many years.However,the decline of crude oil quality and the increase of sulfur content have posed new requirements for enterprise coking process.This paper discusses the delayed coking process of inferior heavy oil in petrochemical industry,analyzes the necessity of developing delayed coking process in enterprises,and discusses the specific influencing factors and improvement strategies for reference.
