摘要
在口腔医学教育领域,虚拟仿真技术(virtual simulation technology,VST)的应用标志着教学方法的重大进步。VST通过计算机生成的三维环境模拟真实的口腔解剖结构和功能,为学生提供了一个安全、可控的学习平台。该技术提高了学生的实践操作技能水平,降低了培训成本,减少了真实患者的风险,并为学生提供了个性化的学习体验。然而,VST在技术逼真度、成本效益和教学内容与临床实践差异方面面临挑战。本文深入探讨了VST在手术技能训练、临床诊断能力提升以及理论知识与实践技能结合方面的潜力,分析其面临的挑战,并提出可能的解决方案,包括提高模拟的真实性、增加病例多样性和开发有效的评估工具。通过跨学科合作,VST有望克服现有不足,成为提升口腔医学教育质量和改善学习体验的关键工具。未来研究的方向应聚焦于技术发展、教育模式创新以及实践与技术的结合,以确保VST能更好地模拟复杂的临床环境。
In the field of oral medicine education,the application of virtual simulation technology(VST)marks a significant advanc-ement in teaching methods.VST provides students with a security and controllable learning plateau by simulating the real oral anatomy structure and functions in a computer-generated three-dimensional environment.This technology improves students′practical skills,reduces training costs,reduces the risk of real patients,and provides students with personalized learning experience.However,VST faces challenges in terms of technological realism,cost-effectiveness,and differences between teaching content and clinical practice.This paper deeply discusses the potential of VST in surgical skill training,clinical diagnosis ability improvement,and the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,analysis the challenges it faces,and proposes possible solutions,including improving the authenticity of simulation,increasing case diversity,and developing effective evaluation tools.Through interdisciplinary collaboration,VST is expected to overcome existing shortcomings and become a key tool for improving the quality of dental education and enhancing the learning experience.The direction of future research should focus on technological development,innovative educational models,and the integration of practice and technology to ensure that VST can better simulate complex clinical environments.
