摘要
梳理国外数字保存实践的注意力演变不仅能为准确识别国外数字保存动态提供历时性线索,还能以此为参照谋划我国数字保存的未来行动。以英国数字保存奖2004—2024年共计11届的获奖及入围项目为数据来源,通过内容分析与归纳,发现国外数字保存实践的注意力大致分布在“技术涌现-对象复杂-主体协同-社会价值”4个阶段,并从技术、主体和环境三个维度分析注意力演变的原因。国外数字保存实践的注意力演变对我国的启示主要包括:重视对数字保存技术的基础研发与融合创新,强化多元保存主体的协同性培育与数字素养提升,在响应国家战略的同时关注数字保存项目社会效益的扩散。
Reviewing the evolution of attention in foreign digital preservation practices can not only provide diachronic clues for understanding global digital preservation trends,but also offer references for future actions in China.By analyzing the winning and shortlisted projects from the Digital Preservation Awards held from 2004 to 2024(11 sessions),this paper identifies four stages of attention of foreign digital preservation practices:technology emergence,object complexity,subject collaboration,and social value.The reasons for the evolution of attention are analyzed from three dimensions:technology,subject,and environment.The evolution of attention in foreign digital preservation practices offers China following inspirations:focusing on basic research and development as well as innovation in digital preservation technology,enhancing the collaboration and digital literacy of various preservation entities,and promoting social benefits of digital preservation projects while responding to national strategies.
