摘要
认为数字资源长期保存的目标是真实性、永久性、有效性和安全性,探讨其图像格式的选择要求,并对其生产、保存和利用等三个不同阶段的图像格式的特殊要求进行分析。
The author discusses the goals of the long-term digital preservation and the requirements of its chosen image formats. The long-term digital preservation can be divided into three stages, which include the production stage, the preservation stage and the utilization stage. Then the paper analyzes the special requirements of the different stages and those for the content image formats chosen, such as TIFF or RAW of the production stage, TIFF or PDF/A of the preservation stage, and JPEG or GIF and others of the utilization stage, On the basis of the analyses, the different requirements for producers, preservation institutions, and users of digital resources are realized.
