摘要
[目的/意义]在复杂多变的国际形势下,国际时政战略情报态势感知研究工作是推动国家安全发展的有利推手。尝试构建国际时政战略情报态势感知模型,明确感知流程,以推动提升国家安全情报能力与决策效率。[方法/过程]首先,梳理国际时政战略情报的内涵;其次,对国际时政战略情报态势感知模型的运行要素进行分析;在此基础上,构建态势感知模型并解析其构成。[结果/结论]该模型由数据收集层、态势觉察层、态势理解层和态势响应层4个部分组成,其构建不仅有利于预测全球格局的演变趋势,便于决策者及时做出战略调整,更有助于提升我国国家安全能力与国际竞争力。
[Purpose/Significance]In the complex and ever-changing international situation,the research on the situation awareness of international politics and strategic intelligence is a favorable driver for the development of national security.This paper attempts to construct an international politics and strategic intelligence situation awareness model and clarify the perception process to enhance national security intelligence capabilities and decision-making efficiency.[Method/Process]Firstly,the connotation of international politics and strategic intelligence was sort out.Then the operational elements of the situational awareness model of international politics and strategic intelligence were analyzed.On this basis,a situational awareness model was constructed and its composition was analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]The model consists of four parts:data collection layer,situation awareness layer,situation understanding layer,and situation response layer.Its construction is not only conducive to predicting the evolution trend of the global pattern,convenient for decision-makers in making strategic adjustments in time,but also contributes to improving China’s national security capabilities and international competitiveness.
