摘要
学习型城市建设是学习型社会、学习型大国建设的基石,旨在提高城市品位、提升全民素养,促进社会融合与共生发展。基于苏州学习型城市建设的实践,该文归纳了“协同治理、精准适配、特色凝聚”的建设举措,提炼了多元化的建设成效,阐释了让全民学习、终身学习成为全民共识和积极行动的重要意义,并提出了新时代学习型城市建设的愿景,以期发挥一定的建设指导意义。
The construction of a learning city is the foundation of a learning society and a learning country.It aims to improve the quality of the city,improve the quality of the whole people,and promote social integration and symbiotic development.Based on the practice of the construction of Suzhou learning city,this paper sums up the construction measures of“coordinated governance,precise adaptation and characteristic innovation”,and refines the construction effect of diversification.It also expounds the significance of making the whole people’s learning and lifelong learning become the common understanding and positive action of the whole people,and puts forward the vision of the construction of a learning city in the new era,which has certain guiding significance for the construction.
