摘要
目的:探讨香砂六君子汤联合高剂量双联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染(Hp)功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月期间就诊于北京市丰盛中医骨伤专科医院内科门诊的伴Hp阳性的FD患者72例,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组各36例,对照组予以高剂量双联疗法治疗2周,2周后改为口服枸缘酸莫沙必利片,治疗2周;观察组在对照组的基础上加用香砂六君子汤,治疗4周,比较两组患者在临床疗效、中医证候积分、Hp根除率、不良反应发生率的变化。结果:治疗后观察组在临床疗效、中医证候积分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在Hp根除率、不良反应发生率方面无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤联合高剂量双联疗法可以有效改善伴Hp感染的FD患者的临床症状,临床疗效确切,值得进一步推广。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with high-dose dual therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection(Hp)functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:72 FD patients with Hp positive who were admitted to the Internal Medicine Clinic of Beijing City Fengsheng Orthopedic Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with high-dose dual therapy for 2 weeks.After 2 weeks,oral mosapride citrate tablets were changed for 2 weeks;The observation group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The changes in clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Hp eradication rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores,with statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in Hp eradication rate and adverse reaction incidence between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with high-dose dual therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of FD patients with Hp infection.The clinical effect is definite and worthy of further promotion.
