盐碱胁迫对谷子根系形态及生理活力的影响及应对策略

摘要 盐碱地作为我国重要的耕地后备资源,其改良与利用对于缓解耕地短缺、保障粮食安全具有战略意义。谷子凭借其突出的抗旱耐瘠薄特性,在盐碱地开发利用中展现出独特优势。综述了盐碱胁迫条件下谷子根系形态特征及活力变化的研究进展,重点阐述了根系生长动态、活力变化规律及其内在生理响应机制。结合耐盐碱基因的表达调控及品种间差异特征,深入解析了谷子根系抵御盐碱胁迫的适应机制。同时,明确分子标记、基因改良和种间杂交等技术手段是提升谷子耐盐碱性能的有效手段。提出未来应加强人工智能技术、根土互作模型及多组学大数据分析等现代研究方法的整合应用,为全面提升谷子耐盐碱能力提供参考。 As an important reserve of cultivated land resources in China,the improvement and utilization of saline-alkali land is of strategic significance for alleviating arable land shortage and ensuring food security.Foxtail millet(Setaria italica),with its outstanding drought and barren tolerance,demonstrates unique advantages in the development and utilization of saline-alkali land.This paper systematically reviewed the research progress on root morphological characteristics and activity changes of foxtail millet under saline-alkali stress,with particular emphasis on root growth dynamics,activity variation patterns,and their intrinsic physiological response mechanisms.By integrating the expression regulation of saline-alkali tolerance genes and varietal difference characteristics,the adaptation mechanisms of foxtail millet roots to saline-alkali stress are thoroughly analyzed.Furthermore,it is confirmed that technical approaches such as molecular marker-assisted selection,genetic improvement,and interspecific hybridization are effective means to enhance the saline-alkali tolerance of foxtail millet.Based on current research progress,this paper proposes that future studies should strengthen the integrated application of modern research methods including artificial intelligence technology,root-soil interaction models,and multi-omics big data analysis,so as to provide systematic theoretical basis and innovative technical support for comprehensively improving the saline-alkali tolerance of foxtail millet.
