摘要
以垃圾渗滤液生化出水有机物高效低耗去除为目标,研究3种运行模式下垃圾渗滤液电化学氧化关键运行参数,并对比这3种运行模式在各自最佳运行条件下的降解效能。研究结果表明:静态序批模式的最佳面体比为18.18 m^(-1),循环序批模式的最佳循环流速为0.35 cm/s、最佳反应区体积占比为V反应区/V_(总)=1/5.25,连续进水模式下COD去除率与循环关系不大,最佳反应区体积占比仍为V反应区/V_(总)=1/5.25;3种运行模式在各自最佳运行条件下的降解效能从大到小为静态序批模式、循环序批模式、连续进水模式,但三者差异并不显著;经电化学氧化后,3种运行模式下出水COD均低于50 mg/L,COD指标满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2024)直接排放要求。
Aiming at the efficient and low-consumption removal of organic matters from landfill leachate biochemical effluent,the key operating parameters of electrochemical oxidation under three operating modes were investigated,and their degradation efficiencies under optimal operating conditions were compared.The results show that the optimal A/V of the static sequencing batch mode is 18.18 m^(-1),the optimal circulating flow rate of the cyclic sequencing batch mode is 0.35 cm/s,and the optimal reaction zone volume proportion(V_(reaction zone)/V_(total))is 1/5.25.The COD removal rate has little relationship with the cycle in the continuous influent mode,and the optimal reaction zone volume proportion is still 1/5.25.The degradation efficiencies under optimal operating conditions from highest to lowest as follows:static sequencing batch mode,cyclic sequencing batch mode,continuous influent mode,but differences between modes are not significant.After electrochemical oxidation,the COD of effluent under all three operating modes is lower than 50 mg/L,meeting the direct emission requirements of the“Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2024)”.
