摘要
医疗废水携带有大量致病性微生物,有着污染物成分复杂、具有传染性、含有抗生素等显著特点。综述了医疗废水传统消毒技术(氯消毒技术、臭氧消毒技术及紫外消毒技术)及新型高级氧化技术(光催化氧化技术、芬顿氧化技术及其延伸技术类芬顿氧化技术、电化学氧化技术及超临界水氧化技术)对医疗废水处理的研究进展,对比各类消毒技术的优缺点,以期为进一步提高医疗废水消毒效果、改善医疗废水对环境健康的影响、降低投资成本等提供理论依据和新的研究思路。
Medical wastewater carries a large number of pathogenic microorganisms,which has the remarkable characteristics of complex pollutant composition,infectivity and antibiotics.The recent development of traditional disinfection technology(chlorine disinfection technology,ozone disinfection technology and UV disinfection technology)and the new advanced oxidation technology(photocatalytic oxidation technology,Fenton oxidation technology and its extension technology,Electrochemical oxidation technology and Supercritical water oxidation technology)for medical wastewater treatment were reviewed,combing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various disinfection technologies,in order to provide theoretical basis and new research ideas for further improving the disinfection effect of medical wastewater,improving the impact of medical wastewater on environmental health and reducing investment cost.
