摘要
在制造业数字化转型的迅猛发展中,江苏省作为制造业强省,面临着如成本上升、创新不足等诸多挑战。众创空间依托其独特优势,具备资源集聚、协同创新、生态构建的赋能逻辑。鉴于江苏省制造业现存资金人才匮乏、区域发展失衡、技术创新短板等问题,探索了众创空间在资源整合、协同创新、人才培养及产业生态培育等方面的实施路径。
In the rapid development of digital transformation of manufacturing industry,Jiangsu,as a strong manufacturing province,is facing many challenges such as rising costs and insufficient innovation.Relying on its unique advantages,maker space has the enabling logic of resource agglomeration,collaborative innovation and ecological construction.In view of the shortage of funds and talents,the imbalance of regional development and the shortcomings of technological innovation in Jiangsu manufacturing industry,this paper explores the implementation path of maker space in resource integration,collaborative innovation,talent training and industrial ecology cultivation.
