摘要
核电行业是支撑国家安全的重要基础产业,其涉及的高安全装备结构复杂,执行任务时相互配合密切。装备工作状态的优劣直接影响整个系统是否稳定运行,对提供优质的能源供应,推动核电行业发展具有重要作用。因此,开展核电高安全装备的智能运维,提升装备运行的可靠性十分必要。通过系统地梳理核电行业高安全装备的运维现状和相应的智能运维需求,从基于价值维修的策略出发,提出运营准备时间、单台装备维修工期、单台装备维修工时及全生命周期运维成本4个价值指标,评价核电高安全装备的智能运维效率。本文提出的计算方法可为后续核电行业典型的高安全装备开展智能运维软件应用验证提供理论支撑,并指导相关的成果在核电行业进行应用推广。
The nuclear power high-safety industry is an important fundamental industry that supports national security.This industry’s complex structures of high-safety equipment require close cooperation during mission execution.The quality of equipment operation directly affects the entire system’s stability,which plays a crucial role in providing a high-quality energy supply and promoting the development of the nuclear power industry.Therefore,it is essential to carry out intelligent operation and maintenance for nuclear power high-safety equipment to improve equipment reliability.This article systematically reviews the current operation and maintenance situation of high-safety equipment in the nuclear power industry and corresponding intelligent operation and maintenance requirements.Starting from a value-based maintenance strategy,four value indicators,including operation preparation time,single equipment maintenance period,maintenance hours,and the entire life cycle operation and maintenance costs,are proposed to evaluate the intelligent operation and maintenance efficiency of nuclear power high-safety equipment.The proposed calculation method can provide theoretical support for the subsequent intelligent operation and maintenance software application verification of typical high-safety equipment in the nuclear power industry and guide the application promotion of related results in the nuclear power industry.
