摘要
科技型中小企业是国内经济结构的重要组分,文中利用波特钻石模型剖析影响科技型中小企业战略转型的因素,确定了影响科技型中小企业战略转型的12个因素;并利用ISM模型分析因素关系,以确定不同因素对科技型中小企业战略转型影响的重要程度;在此基础上,从经济、政策、金融和人才方面提出促进科技型中小企业战略转型的对策建议。
Small and medium-sized technology enterprises are the important component of the domestic economic structure.This article uses the Porter Diamond Model to analyze the factors that affect the strategic transformation of small and medium-sized technology enterprises,and identifies the 12 factors that affect their strategic transformation.And it uses ISM model to analyze the relationship between factors,in order to determine the importance of different factors on the strategic transformation of small and medium-sized technology enterprises.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the strategic transformation of small and medium-sized technology enterprises from the aspects of economy,policy,finance,and talent.
