摘要
制度是引发幼儿园教师专业伦理困境的关键因素。以安全管理和常规管理为主的规范性制度要素,分别存有以“保护”之名对幼儿自由进行限制,以“规矩”之名对幼儿身体予以规训的风险,进而导致了与“尊重幼儿自主性”原则相悖的伦理危机。运用教育伦理的视角,分析了幼儿园保教工作中制度伦理的正当性及其危机,探讨了教师在遵守制度规范和尊重幼儿自主之间面临的三重困境,从构建“底线规范+自主空间”的制度体系、夯实教师的专业伦理知识基础、加强伦理决策判断能力和提高自我反思等方面提出了提升其伦理决策能力的方略。
The system is the key factor that triggers the professional ethical dilemma of kindergarten teachers.The normative system elements mainly consisting of safety management and routine management respectively carry the risks of restricting children’s freedom under the name of“protection”and disciplining children’s bodies under the name of“rules”,which leads to ethical crises contrary to the principle of“respecting children’s autonomy”.From the perspective of educational ethics,this paper analyzes the legitimacy and crisis of institutional ethics in the kindergarten care and education,explores the three dilemmas that teachers face between abiding by institutional norms and respecting children’s autonomy,and proposes strategies to enhance their ethical decision-making ability from aspects such as constructing an institutional system of“bottom-line norms+autonomous space”,strengthening the professional ethical knowledge foundation of teachers,strengthening ethical decision-making judgment ability and improving self-reflection.
