商品混凝土质量控制与抗压强度性能提升方法

摘要 针对商品混凝土因原材料质量把关不严、私自向商品混凝土中加水、养护不当等出现的质量问题,为了进一步推广商品混凝土应用及工程建设高质量的建设需求,需要对商品混凝土进行质量控制。通过阐述商品混凝土存在的一些质量问题,给出相应的解决方法,并分析了混凝土的性能提升方法,为碳纳米管、纤维材料等新材料的应用提供了思路。以改善冻害商品混凝土为例,玄武岩纤维的掺入可提高混凝土的抗冻融性能,有效改善了混凝土的抗压强度,为玄武岩纤维商品混凝土更好地在寒冷地区推广应用提供参考。 In response to the quality issues of commercial concrete caused by lax quality control of raw materials,unauthorized addition of water to commercial concrete,and improper curing,in order to further promote the application of commercial concrete and meet the high-quality construction demands of engineering projects,it is necessary to implement quality control on commercial concrete.By elaborating on some quality problems existing in commercial concrete,presenting corresponding solutions,and analyzing the methods for improving the performance of concrete,ideas are provided for the application of new materials such as carbon nanotubes and fiber materials.Taking the improvement of frost-damaged commercial concrete as an example,the addition of basalt fiber can enhance the frost resistance and thaw resistance of concrete,effectively improve its compressive strength,and provide a reference for the better promotion and application of basalt fiber commercial concrete in cold regions.
