摘要
遗体器官捐献是一项集医疗、管理、法律、伦理、社会等为一体的复杂的系统性工程,其规范开展是我国器官捐献与移植法制化建设的重要体现。为依法依规、科学规范地开展遗体器官捐献工作,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织制订《遗体器官捐献工作指南》,指南针对器官捐献工作中22个主要和焦点问题,依据国家相关法律法规、政策规定、国际通则、专家共识和实际工作经验,总结形成了相应的意见,为我国遗体器官捐献的工作实践提供指导。
Deceased organ donation is a complex and systematic undertaking that encompasses medical,administrative,legal,ethical,and social dimensions.Its standardized implementation is a key indicator of the progress toward the legal and regulatory development of organ donation and transplantation in China.To ensure that deceased organ donation is conducted in accordance with the law and in a scientific and standardized manner,the Branch of Organ Transplantation of Chinese Medical Association has organized the formulation of the Operational guidelines for deceased organ donation.This guideline addresses 22 key and focal issues in the organ donation process.It is developed based on national laws and regulations,policy documents,international norms,expert consensus,and practical experience,with the aim of providing guidance for the implementation and improvement of deceased organ donation practices in China.
