摘要
论文以2001—2021年黄河流域城市群的65个城市的面板数据为研究样本,构建了减污降碳指数,厘清并实证分析了技术创新对黄河流域城市群减污降碳的作用机理和影响机制。结果表明:(1)基准回归结果显示技术创新可以显著实现黄河流域群减污降碳;(2)稳健性检验中,增加控制变量、替换解释变量以及剔除部分样本的方法均显示基准回归的结果是稳健的;(3)作用机制结果显示,技术创新还通过产业结构升级、人口集聚效应和节能效应来推动黄河流域城市群减污降碳,三种机制的贡献率分别为5.12%、0.56%和3.47%;(4)异质性检验结果显示,除兰西城市群以外,黄河流域其余六大城市群的技术创新均可以显著促进减污降碳,且影响效果差异明显。
This paper adopts the panel data of 65 cities in the Yellow River Basin urban agglomeration from 2001 to 2021 as research samples,constructs the pollution and carbon reduction index,clarifies and empirically analyzes the mechanism and influence mechanism of technological innovation on pollution and carbon reduction in the Yellow River Basin urban agglomeration.The results indicate that:(1)The baseline regression results reveal that technological innovation can significantly reduce pollution and carbon in the Yellow River basin group.(2)In the robustness test,adding control variables,replacing explanatory variables and removing part of samples all demonstrate that the results of baseline regression are robust.(3)The mechanism results suggest that technological innovation also promotes the pollution and carbon reduction of urban agglomerations in the Yellow River basin through industrial structure upgrading,population agglomeration effect and energy saving effect,with the contribution rates of the three mechanisms being 5.12%,0.56% and 3.47%,respectively.Fourthly,the heterogeneity test results show that,except for Lanxi city cluster,technological innovation in the other six city clusters in the Yellow River Basin can significantly promote pollution and carbon reduction,and the impact effects are significantly different.
