翅果藤总生物碱提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究

摘要 以萝藦科植物翅果藤为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,研究了超声时间、超声功率和乙醇体积分数对总生物碱提取率的影响,并采用响应面法进行了优化。结果表明,3个因素对翅果藤总生物碱提取率的影响依次为超声功率>乙醇体积分数>超声时间;翅果藤总生物碱的最佳提取工艺为料液比1:25(g:m L),超声时间41 min,超声功率143 W,乙醇体积分数81%,此时总生物碱提取率最高,达到5.86%,与预测值5.88%相近,该工艺条件可靠有效。抗氧化试验表明,翅果藤总生物碱对DPPH自由基及ABTS+自由基均有较好的清除能力和抗氧化能力。 With Myriopteron extensum(family of Asclepiadaceae)as raw material,on the basis of single factor,response surface methodology was used to explore the effects of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and ethanol concentration on the extraction rate of total alkaloids and to optimize them.The results showed that the effects of the three factors on the extraction rate of total alkaloids were as follows:ultrasonic power>ethanol concentration>ultrasonic time.The best extraction process of total alkaloids were when the the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶25(g∶mL),the ultrasonic time was 41 min,the ultrasonic power was 143 W,and the ethanol concentration was 81%,reaching 5.86%,which was close to the predicted value of 5.88%.The process conditions were reliable and effective.The antioxidant test showed that total alkaloids extract of Myriopteron extensum had good scavenging activity on DPPH radical and ABTS radical and antioxidant activity.
