动力转向器壳体侧盖面铣削加工专用夹具设计

摘要 针对动力转向器壳体结构复杂、外形不规则,无法实现自动化,难以定位和夹紧的问题,设计了工件侧盖面铣削加工专用夹具。通过分析壳体结构特点,确定了合理的定位方案,设计了台阶式三垫块组合定位元件,便于拆卸的气动自动夹紧装置和伞型可隐藏式压块夹紧机构。采用了成组夹具设计方案,通过更换和调整定位元件可以快速适应不同型号壳体的加工,转产便捷。夹具体与夹紧气缸采用一体化设计,有效减小了夹具的占用空间和重量。利用hypermesh对工件和轴向夹紧部分的关键零件进行了静力学分析,结果表明工件在装夹时产生的变形和夹紧部分关键零件的强度均满足设计要求。实践验证表明,设计的专用夹具满足了动力转向器壳体的加工要求,并提高了生产效率,为同类型零件的夹具设计提供了参考。 In view of the complex structure and irregular shape of the power steering shell,which cannot be automated,and is difficult to locate and clamp,a special fixture for milling the side cover of the workpiece was designed.By analyzing the structural characteristics of the shell,a reasonable positioning scheme was determined,and a stepped three-cushion block combined positioning element,a pneumatic automatic clamping device that is easy to disassemble and an umbrella-type concealable briquetting clamping mechanism were designed.The design scheme of group fixtures is adopted,and the processing of different types of shells can be quickly adapted by replacing and adjusting the positioning elements,and the production conversion is convenient.The clamping body and clamping cylinder adopt an integrated design,which effectively reduces the space and weight of the clamp.HyperMesh was used to analyze the key parts of the workpiece and the axial clamping part,and the results showed that the deformation of the workpiece during clamping and the strength of the key parts of the clamping part met the design requirements.The practical verification shows that the designed special fixture meets the processing requirements of the power steering shell and improves the production efficiency,which provides a reference for the fixture design of the same type of parts.
