摘要
为解决机械手臂支撑架零件外形不规则,在铣削加工中难以采用通用夹具进行定位装夹,零件的加工精度也较难保证的问题,设计了零件的专用夹具、制定了新的加工工艺,使加工效率提升了27%,合格率从68%提高到98%,满足了零件的生产需要。实践验证表明,通过设计专用夹具和优化加工工艺可以有效提高支撑架零件的合格率和生产效率,该方法对其它形状不规则零件的加工也具有一定的指导意义。
The mechanical arm support frame parts are irregular in shape,so it is difficult to use general fixture for positioning and clamping in milling,and the machining accuracy of the parts is also difficult to ensure.In order to solve this problem,the special fixture of the parts is designed and a new processing technology is developed.This scheme increased the processing efficiency by 27%,the qualified rate increased from 68%to 98%,to meet the needs of parts production.Practice has proved that the qualified rate and production efficiency of the support frame parts can be effectively improved by designing special fixture and optimizing the processing technology.This method also has certain guiding significance for the processing of other irregular shape parts.
