摘要
目的观察蝶腭神经节阻滞联合中医疗法治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床有效性和安全性。方法2023年1月~2023年12月本院过敏性鼻炎专病门诊收治的AR患者132例,均予以蝶腭神经节阻滞联合中医治疗1疗程,分别在治疗前、治疗后1月和6月对患者进行临床症状VAS评分和体征评分,评估临床治疗效果、复发率以及不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,疗后1月患者临床症状总分、喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒VAS评分和体征评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),总有效率97.7%,显效率59.8%,有效率37.9%,无效率仅2.3%,复发率6.1%。重度患者显效率(84.4%)明显高于轻度(50%)和中度患者(52.2%)。不良反应发生率为9.1%,症状较轻,患者均可耐受。结论蝶腭神经节阻滞联合中医疗法治疗AR具有较好的临床疗效和安全性,对重度AR患者显效率尤高,疗效稳定持久。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combined therapy with sphenopalatine ganglion block and herbal medicine therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods Included in this trial were 132 patients with AR,treated at the allergic rhinitis specialist clinic of our hospital from Jan.2023 to Dec.2023,all given a course of such a combined therapy.Then,observed were the changes in such indicators as VAS scores of symptoms and physical sign scores,determined before treatment,1 month and 6 months after treatment respectively to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapy,recurrence rate of the condition and side effects occurred during the therapeutic course.Results As compared with that seen before treatment,the total scores of clinical symptoms,VAS scores of such symptoms as sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,and nasal itching as well as the physical sign scores of these patients were all decreased significantly 1 month after treatment(P<0.01),with the overall effective rate,significantly effective rate,effective rate being 97.7%,59.8%and 37.9%respectively,only 2.3%of cases being ineffective,and 6.1%of these cases with their lesion reoccurred during the following up period.Furthermore,it was found that cases with their lesion manifested as the degree of severe showed a significantly effective rate about 84.4%,obviously higher than that of cases at degrees of mild(50%)and moderate(52.2%)respectively.The incidence of side effects was only 9.1%in this group of cases,with these side-effects manifested relatively mild and being tolerable.Conclusion It could be concluded from this trial that the combined therapy with sphenopalatine ganglion block and herbal medicine can brought about better clinical therapeutic effects on AR with good safety during the treatment course,especially for those with their lesion at a severe degree.Moreover,the therapeutic effects of this kind of therapy can be still maintained for a longer period following the end of treatment.
