摘要
为符合国家建设需要,各地院校在大力培育专业化人才,研究生的培养规模扩大,但培养质量参差不齐。该文从系统动力学的角度对专业学位硕士研究生培养体系要素的结构、作用展开研究,在探讨各要素相互作用的基础上,提出以能力为导向的专业硕士培养体系发展对策,以此扩充各地区综合院校专业学位研究生教育的理论体系。
In order to meet the needs of national construction,universities in various regions vigorously cultivate specialized talents,resulting in an expansion of the scale of graduate education and uneven quality of training.This article conducts a study on the element structure and role of the professional master's degree training system from the perspective of system dynamics.Based on the exploration of the interaction between various elements,it proposes development strategies for a competency oriented professional master's degree training system,in order to expand the theoretical system of professional master's degree education in comprehensive colleges and universities in various regions.
