摘要
目的 探讨中药熏洗温经活血通络方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后肢体麻木的临床效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年12月徐州医科大学附属连云港医院/连云港市第一人民医院收治的恶性肿瘤化疗后肢体麻木患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用温经活血通络方熏洗干预。比较两组临床疗效、症候积分、神经毒性分级及疼痛情况。结果 观察组总有效率较对照组更高,干预后症候积分、神经毒性分级、疼痛量表各维度分值均较对照组低,P<0.05。结论 对恶性肿瘤化疗后肢体麻木患者采取温经活血通络方熏洗治疗的效果确切,可有效减轻其症状及疼痛程度,降低化疗药物的神经毒性。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fumigation and washing,warming channels,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals prescription on limb numbness after chemotherapy of malignant tumor.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,120 patients with limb numbness after chemotherapy in Lianyungang Hospital affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University/Lianyungang First People's Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,while the observation group was treated with fumigation and washing intervention of Wenjing Huoxue Tongluo recipe.The clinical efficacy、symptom score、neurotoxicity grade and pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of symptom score,neurotoxicity grade and pain scale after intervention were lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Fumigation and washing with Wenjing Huoxue Tongluo Recipe is effective for patients with limb numbness after chemotherapy of malignant tumor,which can effectively reduce their condition and pain,and reduce the neurotoxicity of chemotherapy drugs.
