摘要
奥沙利铂及紫杉醇等化疗药物因具有无交叉耐药性、抗肿瘤活性谱广等优点成为临床抗肿瘤常用药。化疗药物诱导的周围神经病变作为影响疗效及患者依从性的主要不良反应,近年来也逐渐成为学界研究热点议题之一。中西医在化疗诱导的周围神经病变的治疗方面各有所长,西医从局部微环境作用入手缓解麻木疼痛等神经反应,中医则着眼于患者整体,重在补养全身气血以荣其筋脉。中西医治疗理论及方法各具特色。
Oxaliplatin and paclitaxel,among other chemotherapy drugs,are commonly used in clinical oncology due to their advantages such as non-cross-resistance and broad spectrum of anti-tumor activity.Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN),as a major adverse reaction that affects treatment efficacy and patient compliance,has gradually become one of the hot topics in research in recent years.Both Chinese medicine and western medicine have their strengths in the treatment of CIPN.Western medicine focuses on alleviating numbness,pain,and other neurological reactions by addressing the local microenvironment.In contrast,Chinese medicine takes a holistic approach,emphasizing the nourishment of the whole body′s qi and blood to invigorate the tendons and meridians.Both Chinese medicine and western medicine have their own characteristics in terms of treatment theories and methods.
