摘要
茶旅融合是乡村振兴的重要路径,但也面临规划统筹协调不足、茶园开发缺乏法律规制、茶文化遗产保护不力、旅游市场秩序规范性不足等法律问题。本文在梳理茶旅融合发展现状的基础上,分析了其在规划统筹、茶园开发、文化遗产保护、旅游市场秩序等方面面临的法律问题,并提出了相应的法律保障路径。旨在营造稳定公平的制度环境,推动茶旅产业高质量发展,为乡村振兴提供法治支撑。
Tea tourism integration is an important path for rural revitalization,but it also faces legal problems such as insufficient planning coordination,lack of legal regulation of tea plantation development,ineffective protection of tea culture and heritage,and insufficient standardization of tourism market order.This paper analyzes the legal problems faced in the planning coordination,tea plantation development,cultural heritage protection and tourism market order based on the current development status of tea tourism integration,and proposes the corresponding legal protection path.It aims to create a stable and fair institutional environment,promote the high-quality devel-opment of the tea tourism industry,and provide rule of law support for rural revitalization.
