某印度铁矿粉湿式磨矿—磁选提质工艺试验

摘要 为进一步拓宽球团原料来源、提高球团品质,本文针对铁品位为62.42%、SiO_(2)质量分数为3.30%的某印度铁矿粉,在对其理化性质和矿相特征分析的基础上,开展采用不同物理选矿方法时铁组分回收工艺参数优化研究,并确定适宜的磨选提质流程。结果表明,该铁矿粉的最佳提质工艺流程:先对原矿进行水洗和筛分得到粗、细两个粒级(>0.1、<0.1 mm)矿粉,其中,粗粒级采用湿式磨矿—高梯度磁选的“一粗一精”流程,细粒级则采用高梯度磁选“一粗一扫”流程;选别得到的2种铁精矿产品(1^(#)、2^(#))中,1^(#)精矿产品的铁品位为65.97%、产率为23.29%、作业回收率为24.62%,2^(#)精矿产品的铁品位为62.06%、产率为72.89%、作业回收率为72.52%,全流程铁回收率达到97.14%。普通铁矿粉分选出的一定比例高品位铁精矿有望用于直接还原铁(DRI)生产,除铁精矿外的其他部分仍可作为普通球团和烧结原料,实现无尾高效利用。 In order to further broaden the source of pellet raw materials and improve the quality of pellets,based on the analysis of the physicochemical properties and ore phase characteristics of an Indian iron ore fine with an iron ore grade of 62.42%and a SiO_(2) mass fraction of 3.30%,the optimization of the process parameters of iron component recovery under different physical beneficiation methods is carried out,and the appropriate grinding and upgrading process is determined.The results show that the optimal upgrading process of the iron ore fine is as follows:first,the raw ore is washed and screened to obtain two coarse and fine particle sizes(>0.1,<0.1 mm)ore fine,among which,the coarse particle size adopts the“one coarse and one fine”process of wet grinding and high gradient magnetic separation,and the fine particle size adopts the“one coarse and one scan”process of high gradient magnetic separation.Among the two kinds of iron ore concentrate products(1^(#)and 2^(#)),the iron grade of 1^(#)concentrate is 65.97%,the yield is 23.29%,and the operation recovery rate is 24.62%,and the iron grade of 2^(#)concentrate is 62.06%,the yield is 72.89%,the operation recovery rate is 72.52%,and the recovery rate of the whole process iron is 97.14%.The separation of a certain proportion of high-grade iron ore concentrate from ordinary iron ore fine is expected to be used for direct reduced iron(DRI)production,and other parts except iron concentrate can still be used as ordinary pellets and sintering raw materials,achieving tailless and efficient utilization.
