数字技术赋能中国高校法学课程思政教育的创新之路

The Innovative Path of Digital Technology Empowered Ideological and Political Education of Law Courses in Chinese Universities

摘要 高校法学课程思政教育的数字化转型是实施教育数字化战略和培育德法兼修的高素质法治人才的双重要求,探讨数字技术赋能法学课程思政教育的路径创新是一项十分重要而紧迫的现实任务。在价值目标优化上,应将教育目标全面嵌入到人工智能技术应用场景中,坚守家国情怀与人格塑造的统一、科学精神与法治思维的融通、核心价值与共同价值的整合,确保技术服务于教育目标的实现。在思维模式转型上,应当强化思维的现代化转型、系统的整体性构造、知识的自主性构建、取向的包容性发展。无论是对标准模板库、算法框架的选择,还是对经典算法的挑选与优化,都应当注重算法设计、算法分析、算法应用在法学知识与课程思政之间的交互性、时效性、生动性、系统性、实效性。在实践路径选择上,应当创设法学课程思政内容供给数字化体系,引入法学课程思政数字化研究型学习模式,打造法学课程思政数字化专门实践教育平台。 The digital transformation of the ideological and political education of law courses in universities meets the dual requirement of implementing the digitalization strategy of education as well as fostering high-quality rule of law talents with moral and legal cultivation.Therefore,exploring the innovative path of digital technology empowered ideological and political education of law courses is a very important and urgent task in reality.In the optimization of value objectives,in order to ensure that the technology serves the realization of the educational objectives,the educational objectives should be fully embedded in the application scenarios of artificial intelligence technology,and adhere to the unity of national sentiment and personality shaping,the integration of the scientific spirit and the rule of law thinking,and the integration of the core values and common values.In the transformation of the thinking mode,the modernization transformation of thinking,the holistic construction of the system,the independent construction of knowledge,and the inclusive development of orientation should be strengthened.Whether it is the selection of the standard template library,algorithmic framework,or the selection and optimization of classical algorithms,it should pay attention to the interactivity,timeliness,vividness,systematicity,and effectiveness of algorithmic design,algorithmic analysis,and algorithmic application in the interactions between jurisprudential knowledge and ideological and political education.In the choice of practice paths,a digital system of content supply for the ideological and political education of law courses should be created,a digital research-based learning model for the ideological and political education of law courses should be introduced,and a digital specialized practical education platform for the ideological and political education of law courses should be built.
