摘要
目的探讨人参健脾丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)患儿的临床效果。方法选择96例腹泻型IBS患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组48例。对照组给予酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予人参健脾丸治疗,观察2组患儿治疗前后的中医证候评分、微量元素(锌、铁、铜)、血清脑肠肽水平、IBS病情严重程度调查表评分以及治疗后的Bristol粪便性状分级。结果治疗后,2组患儿的中医证候评分、IBS病情严重程度调查表评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患儿的血锌、铁含量及血清脑肠肽水平较治疗前升高,血铜含量较治疗前降低,且观察组的升高/降低幅度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的Bristol粪便性状总改善率为95.83%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人参健脾丸联合酪酸梭菌活菌散可降低腹泻型IBS患儿的中医证候评分及IBS病情严重程度调查表评分,调节血清脑肠肽水平及微量元素含量,改善大便性状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Renshen Jianpi pill combined with clostridium butyricum live powder in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)in children.Methods A total of 96 children with diarrheal IBS were selected and divided into two groups,with 48 children in each group.Children in the control group were treated with clostridium butyricum live powder,and children in the observation group were treated with Renshen Jianpi pill on the basis of clostridium butyricum live powder.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,trace elements(zinc,iron,copper),serum brain-intestinal peptide index and IBS severity questionnaire score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the Bristol fecal character grade after treatment was observed.Results TCM syndrome score and IBS severity questionnaire score after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);blood zinc and iron contents and serum brain-intestinal peptide levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and blood copper content was lower than that before treatment,and the increase/decrease range of the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total improvement rate in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than that of 77.08%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Renshen Jianpi pill combined with clostridium butyricum live powder can reduce the TCM syndrome score and IBS severity questionnaire score of children with diarrheal IBS,improve the level of serum brain-intestinal peptide and serum trace element content,and improve stool characteristics.
