基于电气自动化的智慧校园实验室设备智能管控系统设计与实现

摘要 文章设计并实现基于电气自动化的智慧校园实验室设备智能管控系统,以解决传统实验室设备管理效率低、安全性不足等问题。系统通过传感器实时采集环境数据,利用通信模块实现数据交互,并结合智能控制模块精准控制设备的运行状态。硬件设计包括数据采集模块、通信模块、控制模块、显示模块及电源模块,软件设计涵盖实验室监测与控制程序的开发。系统测试表明,各模块功能运行稳定,数据采集准确,设备控制响应快速,具有较高的安全性和可靠性。 This paper presents the design and implementation of an intelligent management and control system for laboratory equipment in smart campuses,based on electrical automation technologies.The system aims to address common challenges associated with traditional laboratory management,such as inefficiency and limited security.It integrates sensor-based data acquisition,wireless communication modules,and intelligent control units to monitor and regulate laboratory environments and equipment operations in real time.The hardware architecture comprises modules for data sensing,communication,control,display,and power supply,while the software component includes dedicated programs for monitoring and automated control.Experimental results demonstrate that the system operates stably,provides accurate data acquisition,responds rapidly to control commands,and ensures a high level of security and reliability.This solution contributes to the advancement of safe,efficient,and intelligent laboratory management in modern educational institutions.
